Family Files $25 mill Lawsuit Over Fatal Oakland BART Shooting

The family of Oscar Grant, the 22-year-old man who was fatally shot by a BART transit officer, is suing the transit agency for $25 million. Grant, who was unarmed, was killed early New Year's morning at an Oakland station after police arrived to break up a fight.
