He visited the popular West Hollywood thrift store, Out of the Closest, yesterday and TMZ snapped this photo. Warren gave the owner a couple of his books and praised the store for free HIV testing (go get tested and know your status for the new year!)

Gays may be allowed to openly serve in the military within the first year of an Obama administration if the "don't ask, don't tell" policy is overturned as expected. The lead sponsor of a bill that would repeal the policy told CNN that she expected Obama to sign the bill sooner than later.
Ellen Tauscher, D-California, said:
"The key here is to get bills that pass the House and the Senate, that we can get to President-elect Obama to sign, and I think that we can do that, certainly, the first year of the administration."
