See, there's a reason yaki weaves were put on this earth. This is also why glue-in tracks should be banned -- they just don't offer the same protection. I am a little mad that the girl STILL had the weave in by the time she got in front of the camera, but I suppose I wouldn't take out a lucky weave either. LOL. This story actually fits in quite nicely with my long-delayed "hair-gate" post on why black women should wear their hair (or someone else's) however they damn well please and how other black people need to calm down about it. So don't be surprised if I bring up this miraculous yaki event again soon.
